Bye bye random free junk food we always seem to get at school

I measured out my cereal this morning. It's part of a big step for me, but one I've finally decided to stick to - losing 6 pounds. Some people may think it's silly, but I am now admitting that in the past year I put on 6 pounds, and I want it off. Gone! So I've started counting calories, cutting out the junk I've started eating, and making a concerted effort to exercise on more days.

So I'm giving myself about 5 weeks since it'll take some time to see what works, but it officially starts today!
